Damaged Shipments: In the event that a package arrives damaged, we will need to be notified within one business day of the damaged package, and/or part(s) being received. We will also require a picture of the damage in order to make the claim with the shipping carrier to get another one on the way. If you do not let us know of the issue within one business day the claim may be denied by the shipping carrier.
